Here at Cut and Fun we stand for inclusion and are on a mission to make a service that has been at the cornerstone of society for so many years more inclusive of all clients. For us this has meant creating an innovative approach to barbering that is client-led.
While we continue and always will offer all of the traditional services you have come to expect from your local barbershop we have taken an alternative approach to how we seek to conduct our business and to innovate our services for the benefit of all in society.
With the backing of specialised professionals, training and our many years experience of barbering we are now offering services such as Sensory Haircuts and our unique Barber Desensitization Program™ so that more people, especially children can experience their barbershop in a more positive way. While our facilities have changed with our Sensory Barber Rooms the fundamental shift in what we do comes in the manner in which we have over-hauled our services to be compassionate to all and to turn what can be a challenging experience for children and parents alike into a routine visit to your barbershop. Thank you for reading and we look forward to seeing you in our barbershop soon.

Maggie graduated in 1995 from Vocational Hairdressing College in Poland. After 12 years of working in one of the Top-Class Old-School Barbershop in her hometown, she traveled to Ireland and became a proud team member of the world-famous @waldorf_barbers in Dublin, working with Linda Finnegan and her father - The Godfather of Barbering, Liam Finnegan. From there, in 2008 she moved into Finnegan Barbershop, back then known as The Waldorf in Grattan Crescent, Inchicore. She's been cutting hair in Inchicore village ever since. Two years ago, Maggie together with her sister, Monika, opened The Gents Den Barbershop in Inchicore, and after the lockdown, they decided to move and reopen the business in a beautiful, more spacious place, in 203 Tyrconnell Road, to be able to welcome their customers in a safe environment. Today, Maggie is continuing her adventure as a Barber and Educator in a new @the_gents_den_barbershop & School of Barbering
Monika has been a Barber for 10 years, trained by Linda Finnegan and Maggie herself in the Waldorf - Finnegans Barbershop in Inchicore.
After her training, Monika spent another 4 years gaining her experience in Dublin working often with customers who did not speak English just yet - that’s how she achieved a unique communication skill and

After her training, Monika spent another 4 years gaining her experience in Dublin working often with customers who did not speak English just yet - that’s how she achieved a unique communication skill and is now specializing in dealing with customers who struggle with the language barrier. After spending another 3 years working in one of the Top Class barbershops in Dublin city centre she decided to join Maggie in her journey and work with her in Inchicore.
Monika is also an Educator and co-owner of The Gent's Den Barbershop
